We generally act as the data controller of your information. We are not responsible for any third party use of information for which there is an owner or controller required. We may share aggregate statistical data for the improvement of services offered by our Sites. We may also share aggregated or de-identified information with third parties in our discretion.

Other than your registration and subscription information, you can store data in your account, and you consent to storing this data for you. You can delete this data. When you end your subscription, we will delete all data you stored in your account on our platform, and we do not keep a record.

You can object to automated decision-making and profiling, whereby you should know that we will not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling. You can send your data by email to any email address at your will. You can rectify or change all the data you have entered into the system.

We can process your personal data for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject (such as tax obligations and when we are obliged to comply with lawful requests), for the purposes of our legitimate interests (such as tailoring your experience on our sites, and for fraud detection), provided that such processing does not outweigh your rights and freedoms.
