Patient selection: traumatic brain injury with concussion
Cognitive complaints:
(1) forgetfulness (impaired memory)
(2) poor concentration
(3) slowed thinking or speaking
Somatic complaints:
(1) headaches
(2) dizziness
(3) nausea or vomiting
(4) disrupted sleep
(5) fatigue
Sensory changes:
(1) double or blurred vision
(2) photophobia
(3) phonophobia
Emotional issues:
(1) irritability
(2) depression
(3) frustration
(4) restlessness
