4-bromo-2,5-DMPEA (4-bromo-2,5-dimethoxyphenethylamine) is an intoxicant and hallucinogen typically used by adolescents and young adults who frequent dance clubs.
The drug may be taken orally or inhaled as a powder ("snorted").
The clinical effects are dose dependent. Since the drug is prepared in clandestine operations the purity and potency can be highly variable.
