Primary cutaneous cutaneous aggressive epidermotropic CD8+ cytotoxic T-cell lymphoma is a rare cutaneous lymphoma that follows an aggressive course.
Clinical features:
(1) generalized skin lesions (trunk, extremities, face) that are rapidly growing
(2) papules, plaques and nodules that may ulcerate
(3) eventually becomes systemic and involves visceral organs
Histologic findings:
(1) medium-sized CD8 positive lymphocytes
(2) epidermotropic
(3) monoclonality
(4) CD4 negative with aberrant loss of T-cell antigens
(5) positive for cytotoxic markers
(6) Ki-67 high (> 50%)
(7) CD68 negative
