Clenched Fist Syndrome (CFS)

Does the patient have a psychiatric disorder (depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, schizophrenia, etc)?

Does the hand show dystonia with flexion contracture of multiple fingers?

Does the patient lack iinsight into the connection between the hand problem and the psychiatric disorder?

Is there a neuromuscular or vascular disorder that could explain the findings better?
