Samilson and Prieto classified the arthropathy that may develop in a patient with a dislocated shoulder. The authors are from the Children’s and Adult Medical Center in San Francisco.
Parameters:
(1) exostosis on the inferior humerus or glenoid
(2) glenohumeral joint irregularity

• If exostoses are present on both the inferior humerus and glenoid then there are 2 options: (1) the greater measurement is used, or (2) the sum of both is used. Option 1 is used in the implementation.
