Description

The Orthopedic Advisory Committee of the World Federation of Haemophilia (WFH) use a grading system for joint pain in patients with hemophilia.


 

Parameters:

(1) level of pain

(2) functional deficit caused by the pain on work and/or activities of daily living (ADL)

(3) analgesic use between episodes of acute hemarthrosis
