Patient selection: diabetic with foot ulcer
Arteries:
(1) femoral
(2) popliteal
(3) anterior tibial
(4) posterior tibial
(5) peroneal
Options for each artery - one of the following:
(1) patent without obstruction
(2) number of occlusions
(3) occluded
