Description

Bismuth and Corlette developed an anatomic classification scheme for hilar cholangiocarcinoma in 1975 that has undergone subsequent modifications. The original authors are from Hopital Paul Brousse in Villejuif, France.

(5) proximal common bile duct (after entrance of common bile duct)
