Description

A patient with the Guyon canal syndrome may show different patterns of ulnar nerve involvement depending on where the injury is occurring.

Parameters:

(1) sensory function

(2) intrinsic hand muscles supplied by the ulnar nerve (interosseous and lumbrical)

(3) hypothenar muscles
