Chronophilia refers to a group of paraphilias with a person's sexual arousal limited to a particular age range.

In addition to age range, there may be a preference for sex (homo- vs heterosexuality).
The usage implies that the person being evaluated is outside of the age range for the target preference. For example, an adult interested in adults would be construed as normal while an adolescent interested in a middle-aged adult might not be.
