(1) presence of child neglect, as manifested by malnutrition, dehydration, and/or untreated health problems
(2) presence of severe video and/or internet gaming disorder in the parents
(3) variable presence of other addictive behaviors in the parents
(4) neglect by the parents in other responsibilities
