Cellulitis Recurrence Score of Tay et al

Description

Tay et al developed a score for identifying a patient at risk for recurrence of lower limb cellulitis. This can help to identify a patient who may benefit from more aggressive management. The authors are from the National Skin Centre and Singapore General Hospital in Singapore.

Patient selection: lower limb cellulitis

(1) chronic venous insufficiency

(2) ipsilateral deep vein thrombosis

(3) lymphedema

(4) peripheral vascular disease
