(4) amino acid disorders

Hereditary neurodegenerative disorders which can feature chorea include:
(1) olivopontocerebellar atrophy
(2) Machado-Joseph disease
(3) ataxia telengiectasia
(4) tuberous sclerosis
(5) Hallervorden-Spatz disease
(6) Friedreich's ataxia
(7) familial calcification of the basal ganglia
