Description

The Cancer of the Bladder Risk Assessment (COBRA) Score can be used to evaluate a patient after radical cystectomy. The authors are from the University of California San Francisco and the University of Washington in Seattle.


Patient selection: status post radical cystectomy

(1) age of the patient in years

(2) tumor T status

(3) lymph node density (ratio of positive to total lymph nodes)
