Huynh et al reported the Canada Acute Coronary Syndrome (C-ACS) risk score. This can determine the prognosis for the patient. The authors are from multiple institutions in Quebec, Toronto and Paris.
Patient selection: ST-segment elevation AMI and non-ST-segment elevation ACS
Parameters:

Interpretation:
• minimum score: 0
• maximum score: 4
• A score >= 1 is associated with short and long-term mortality.
• A score of 0 is associated with long-term survival.
Performance:
• The area under the ROC curve various from 0.75 to 0.82 for short-erm mortality and 0.73 to 0.78 for long-term mortality.
