Patient selection: bullous pemphigoid
Options:
(1) VAS score for pruritus
(2) severity of itch (for a patient with impaired mental functioning)
VAS scores are graded on a VAS scale from 0 to 10 cm
(1) severity of itch over the past 24 hours
(2) severity of itch over the past week
(3) severity of itch over the past month
