total percent body surface area undergoing liposuction =

= SUM(points for sites suctioned)

Interpretation:

• minimum: 0 (no site suctioned)

• maximum: 71

The values assigned differ from values shown by Lund and Browler. Certain sites (such as hands, feet and head) do not undergoing liposuction and other sites may not be totally accessible to the procedure.
