Bifid scrotum is a rare congenital malformation of the scrotum recorded since antiquity. It is often associated with other anomalies of the urogenital tract.
Defining feature: clear division between each hemiscrotum along the entire length of the scrotal raphe
Associations may include:
(1) hypospadias
(2) chordee
(3) intersex
(4) diphallia
(5) other urogenital sinus anomalies
(6) hypogonadism
