Curtis and Walker reported 7 scores to grade arrhythmias. Score G is an equation. The authors are from St. Thomas’ Hospital London and the University of British Columbia.
Parameters:
(1) number of premature ventricular contractions (PVCs, VPBs)
(2) number of episodes of ventricular tachycardia (VT)
(3) number of episodes of ventricular fibrillation (VF)
(4) total duration of ventricular fibrillation in seconds
The time interval for the readings needs to be stated. In the original papers 30 minute and 4 hour intervals were recorded.

= LOG10(PVCs) + LOG10(episodes of VT) + (2 * LOG10(episodes of VF)) + (2 * LOG10(total duration VF))
