Anti-PL12 syndrome is one of the antibodies associated with the anti-synthetase syndrome.

Clinical features:
(1) inflammatory myopathy, with muscle weakness, which may be refractory to steroids
(2) interstitial lung disease (ILD)
(3) Raynaud's phenomenon or acrocyanosis
(4) mechanics hands
(5) joint involvement (arthritis, other)
(6) digestive involvement (esophagus, other)
(7) calcinosis cutis or Gottron's papules
(8) anorexia with weight loss
Laboratory findings:
(1) presence of anti-PL12 antibody
