(1) age in years
(2) parity
(3) infertility or habitual abortion
(4) postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) or 3rd stage problem
(5) baby weight greater than 9 pounds (4,082 grams)
(6) baby weight less than 5.5 pounds (2,500 grams)
(7) preeclampsia or hypertension
(8) previous long labor or difficult delivery
(9) previous cesarean section
(10) stillbirth or neonatal death
