NOTE: If the patient experiences psychological impairment as a result of the testicular disease, then that impairment needs to be determined and combined with the testicular impairment to determine the whole person impairment.
Potential sites of involvement:
(1) testis
(2) epididymis
(3) spermatic cord

(1) signs and symptoms
(2) therapeutic requirements and response
(3) hormonal or seminal abnormalities
(4) parenchymal loss
Signs and symptoms of testicular disorder:
(1) pain or discomfort with activity
(2) infertility
(3) loss of secondary sexual characteristics
