AMA Criteria for Impairment Associated with Dysfunction of the Trigeminal Nerve (Cranial Nerve V)

The level of impairment associated with a disorder of the trigeminal nerve can be estimated based on the AMA criteria.

Parameters:

(1) facial neuralgic pain, may be unilateral or bilateral

(2) activities of daily living

(3) effectiveness of therapy
