Prencipe et al developed the ACROSCORE to screen patients with pituitary tumor for signs of acromegaly. This can help to identify a patient who may benefit from a more complete evaluation. • A score >= 6 had a positive likelihood ratio of 16 and negative predictive value of 97.5%
