Description

A number of conditions can cause an object to appear whitish in color.


 

Causes of whitish discoloration:

(1) diphenylhydantoin or phenytoin

(2) paramethadione or trimethadione

(3) capreomycin

(4) aphakia or pseudophakia

 

A compound is implicated if the change in color perception occurs after exposure and disappears after an exposure ceases.
