Purpose: To predict 7-day mortality for a patient with acute acidotic cardiogenic pulmonary edema using the 3CPO score of Gray et al.

Description

Gray et al developed a simple score to predict outcome in a patient with acute acidotic cardiogenic pulmonary edema. This can help to identify a patient who may benefit from more aggressive management. The authors are from multiple hospitals in the United Kingdom and participants in the 3CPO Trial.
