(1) T code from T1a to T3a

(2) serum PSA in ng/mL

(3) Gleason score

 

OC = organ confined

ECE = extracapsular extension

SV = seminal vesicle involvement

LN = lymph node metastases

 

NOTES:

(1) A summation of values in each column at a given level may exceed 100.

(2) There is no T1c.
