Description

Krell et al used a global assessment for physician's to evaluate the appearance of a patient's scalp psoriasis. This can be used for the initial assessment of the patient and to monitor the response to therapy over time. The authors are from the Total Skin and Beauty Dermatology Center in Birmingham, Alabama, and Dermatology San Antonio in San Antonio, Texas.

Interpretation:

• maximum S-PGA: 6

 

Limitation:

• There may be some inter-observer variation in the assessment.
