Oudot et al evaluated children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) who failed 3 or 4 drug induction therapy. They identified risk groups associated with response to salvage therapy. The authors are from multiple hospitals in France participating in the French Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Pediatric group (FRALLE) 93 protocol.
