Benton et al developed the Cutaneous Lymphoma International Prognostic Index (CLIPi) for a patient with mycosis fungoides or Sezary syndrome. One model deals with early stage disease. The authors are from Guy's and St. Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, King's College London, MD Anderson Cancer Center and Integrated Cancer Research (ICARIS) UK.
Patient selection: mycosis fungoides or Sezary syndrome, early stage
Early stage disease: T1/T2 AND Nx/N0/N1 AND M0
Late stage disease: T3/T4 OR N2/N3 OR M1
Outcome: 10 year overall survival (OS)
Parameters:
(1) gender
(2) age in years
