hospitalized, with supplemental oxygen

hospitalized, with high-flow oxygen therapy and/or non-invasive ventilation
4
hospitalized, with mechanical ventilation and/or ECMO
5
death
6
Criteria for clinical improvement (category on day 7 relative to day 0) - one of the following:
(1) decrease (day 0 minus day 7) >= 2
(2) live discharge
Criteria for clinical decline (category on day 7 relative to day 0) - one of the following:
(1) increase (day 7 minus day 0) >= 2
(2) death
Criteria for unchanged clinical status: neither improved nor declined
