Patient selection: chronic liver disease (chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis), community-living
Malnutrition, sarcopenia, and frailty can be issues for a patient with chronic liver disease, resulting in reduced handgrip strength.
Risk factors for falls:
(1) age > 69 years
(2) low handgrip strength (presence of handgrip strength decline)
(3) past history of falling
