Clinical features:
(1) granulomatous inflammation of the lung
(2) necrotizing glomerulonephritis
(3) presence of cANCA (rarely pANCA)
(4) no or scant immune deposits on immunofluoresence
Differential diagnosis:
(1) microscopic polyangiitis
