Klippel-Trenaunay Syndrome (KTS) may be associated with venogenic erectile dysfunction (ED).
Clinical features of KTS (see 20.31.06):
(1)cutaneous port-wine capillary malformations
(2) varicose veins and/or venous malformations
(3) soft tissue and bone hypertrophy involving one or more extremities
Patients with venogenic ED have:

(2) abnormal venous channels present on cavernosography.
(3) a positive response (erectile function) to venous ligation surgery
Other causes of erectile dysfunction must be excluded.
