Bradley et al used a Treatment Satisfaction Scale to measure patient satisfaction with diabetic care. This can be modified to become a more general instrument.
The instrument consists of 6 questions dealing with the patient's satisfaction with treatment.

Interpretation:
• minimum scale: 6
• maximum scale: 42
• The higher the scale the worse the satisfaction.
