Amukele et al outlined the therapeutic endpoints for phallus reconstruction following traumatic penile injury.
A successful phallus reconstruction has all of the following features:
(1) reasonable cosmesis
(2) reasonable penile length
(3) allows for erect voiding
(4) allows for sexual intercourse
(5) has erogenous and tactile sensitivity
