(1) cognitive: 9 statements
(2) affective: 9 statements
(3) behavioral: 8 statements
Positively directed statements:
(1) cognitive:1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9
(2) affective: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9
(3) behavioral: 1, 3, 4, 8
Negatively directed statements:
(1) cognitive: none
(2) affective: 7 and 8
(3) behavioral: 2, 5, 6, 7
