A long neck wrapping can get caught in a rotating device, resulting in serious injury and death. The wrapping needs to go around the neck at least once to cause strangulation.

(1) compression of trachea with asphyxia
(2) compression of carotid arteries with stroke and coma
(3) fall injury if pulled from a seat, with potential for being dragged a distance

(1) rickshaw (foot or motorized)
