Subjective measures:
(1) erectile function for vaginal penetration
(2) dryness
(3) desire
(4) satisfaction
Objective measures:
(1) frequency
(2) orgasm
Management measures:
(1) impotence
Analytic studies:
(1) Psychosocial: To evaluate the quality of life and sexual satisfaction.
If no toxicity is present, then the 0 points are assigned.
If a toxicity is present, then the grade indicates the number of points to assign.
