Description

Kojicic et al identified risk factors for the development of acute lung injury (ALI) in a patient with infectious pneumonia. These can help to identify a patient who may benefit from more aggressive management. The authors are from the Mayo Clinic, Institute of Pulmonary Diseases of Vojvodina (Serbia), Guang An Men Hospital, and InJe University (South Korea).
