Poncet described a reactive polyarthritis in patients with tuberculosis.
Clinical features:
(1) presence of tuberuclosis
(2) presence of a polyarthritis
(3) absence of tuberculosis in affected joints (by biopsy OR PCR of joint fluid)
(4) clinical improvement with antituberculous therapy
