Description

Maurcort-Boulch et al developed a simple score for staging patients with Hodgkin's disease. This distinguishes 3 risk groups with different prognoses. The authors are from Centre Hospitalier Lyon Sud, Universite Rene Descartes-Paris 5 and Hopital European Georges Pompidou in Paris.

(2) number of lymphoid areas involved

(3) systemic symptoms

(4) visceral disease
