Favorable prognosis:
(1) cutaneous variant of classical IVLBCL
Unfavorable prognosis:
(1) hemophagocytosis
(2) impaired performance status
(3) advanced age
(4) advanced clinical stage
(5) elevated serum LDH
(6) involvement of more than 1 extranodal site
(7) presence of B symptoms (fever, night sweats, weight loss)
(8) thrombocytopenia < 100,000 per µL
