The probability that a patient will have the clinical findings of dementia with Lewy bodies (DLD) can be predicted from the Lewy body count and Braak Stage.
Parameters:
(1) stage of Braak and Braak for Alzheimer's Disease (Stage 0 to Stage VI)
(2) category of McKeith at al for Lewy body distribution from the 1996 Consensus conference (see previous section)

Patterns shown:
(1) The higher the Braak score the greater the risk of clinical Alzheimer's Disease.
(2) The more diffuse the Lewy body distribution the greater the risk of clinical DLB.
