Description

The polyfibromatosis syndrome refers to the presence of multiple localized fibromatosis in a patient.


 

Conditions that may be present:

(1) Dupuytren's contracture (palmar fibromatosis)

(2) keloid

(3) knuckle pads

(4) Peyronie's disease

(5) plantar fibromatosis

 

The patient should have multiple lesions of multiple types. Multiple lesions of the same type (such as multiple keloids) would not qualify.
