The Pemphigus Disease Activity Index (PDAI) has several subscores describing disease activity and damage. One subscore is for activity affecting the scalp. The PDAI was developed by the International Pemphigus Definitions Committee.

Interpretation:
• minimum score: 0
• maximum score: 10
• The higher the score the greater the involvement of the scalp.
