Description

Michl et al evaluated men for sexual dysfunction after radical prostatectomy. They identified males who may require closer monitoring and more aggressive management. The authors are from the University of Hamburg in Germany.


Parameters:

(1) extent of nerve sparing procedure (unilateral vs bilateral)

(2) age of the patient in years

(3) preoperative score for the IIEF-5 (from 1 to 25)
