Sundt identified criteria for the outcome in a patient with Legg-Calve-Perthes disease. This help identify a patient at risk for osteoarthritis and functional disability. This scale was used by Catterall in his review of the disorder.
Parameters:
(1) symptoms
(2) range of motion and function
(3) radiological appearance
