Follicular non-Hodgkin's lymphoma can be classified by the cellular composition and pattern seen on histology.
Pathologic evaluation:
(1) size of cleaved cells (centrocytes)
(2) large noncleaved cells (centroblasts)
(3) follicular and diffuse
